Under new initiative, Dr.T.Janakiram, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor inaugurated “Farmers Advisory Cell (FAC)” on Dr.YSR Rythu Dinotsavam Day, 8th July, 2020 (Birth anniversary of Dr.Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy garu, Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Farmers Advisory Cell is regularly providing advisories to farmers, rural youth & women, VHAs/VAAs and extension staff of Department of Horticulture and allied sectors through Phone-in programmes, Udyana Varthalu, Udyana Vani, Udyana Mitra, Training programmes, diagnostic visits and webinars in co-ordination with 42 institutes under Dr.YSRHU.
